Romero, who missed all of spring training in February and March due to visa issues traveling from the Dominican Republic, has not resolved his visa issues, Aaron Gleeman of TheAthletic.com reports.
Twins president of baseball operations Derek Falvey said that Romero is not anticipated to arrive for training camp next week. It sounds like his availability for the 60-game regular season is very much in doubt.
