Vincent's contract was selected from Triple-A St. Paul on Friday, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
The 34-year-old righty made two mid-August appearances with the Twins and allowed one run in 4.1 innings while striking out four. Vincent will likely pitch in low-leverage situations for however long he remains on the big-league roster this time around.
