Lewis isn't in the Twins' lineup for Thursday's game against the Yankees.
Lewis will get a breather Thursday after hitting a home run in each of his first two games since returning from the injured list Tuesday. Jose Miranda will take over at the hot corner, allowing Carlos Santana to start at first base.
