Castro (oblique) isn't likely to need a minor-league rehab assignment and is expected to be activated from the 10-day injured list as soon as Tuesday, Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.
If he's fully healthy the utility player should immediately reclaim a regular starting role with the Twins struggling to find production at multiple lineup spots. Castro originally suffered the right oblique strain April 16, but he's since resumed baseball activities and has been taking batting practice without issue.
