Anderson is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Tigers.

Since activating Anderson from the 10-day injured list Sept. 14, the White Sox have been managing his workload carefully coming off a hamstring issue. He'll sit Monday for the fourth time in 13 games, and another off day or two could be in store for Anderson over the final week of the regular season with Chicago essentially locked in as the American League's No. 3 seed in the playoffs.
