Michael Bowden: Headed to independent ball
Michael Matthew Bowden has signed a contract with the Chicago Dogs of the American Association, Brandon Warne of Access Twins reports.Bowden signed a minor-league deal with the Dodgers in March 2019 but hasn't reached the majors since 2013. The 34-year-old will now head to the American Association for the 2021 campaign.

Michael Matthew Bowden signed a minor-league deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday, Brandon Warne of ZoneCoverage.com reports.Bowden returns stateside after spending two years in South Korea. The 32-year-old owns a 4.51 ERA in 133.2 career big-league innings, though none of those innings have come since 2013. In two season with Doosan of the KBO, he recorded a 4.07 ERA, a respectable number in a high-offense environment.

Michael Bowden: Will play in Korean League
Michael Bowden signed with the Doosan Bears of the Korea Baseball Organization, the pitcher announced.Bowden pitched to a 1.91 ERA with Triple-A Norfolk with the Orioles organization before signing on with the Twins midseason, where he worked to a 3.78 ERA with Triple-A Rochester. He hadn't pitched in the majors since 2013 though, so he'll move to the Korean League to get a full time opportunity to start.
