Brad Mills re-signed with the Seattle Mariners on a minor league contract, Matt Eddy of Baseball America reports.Mills pitched exclusively with Triple-A Tacoma last season, although he put up an unimpressive 5.28 ERA in nine starts with the Rainiers. Until he starts keeping runs off the board in the minors, the left-hander will likely act as organizational pitching depth.
