    Reyes Moronta passed away in a traffic accident Sunday, Hector Gomez of Z101Digital.com reports.In a tragic turn of events, Moronta lost his life Sunday at 31 years old. The right-hander pitched in parts of six major-league seasons with the Giants, Dodgers, Diamondbacks and Angels from 2017 through 2023, turning in a 3.05 ERA with 202 strikeouts over 177 career appearances out of the bullpen. He had most recently been pitching in the Mexican League with Bravos de Leon before being released last week.
