The Tigers declined Miguel Cabrera's $30 million option for 2024 on Friday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.This was a formality, of course, as Cabrera will receive an $8 million buyout and head into retirement. The future Hall of Famer will finish his career with 511 home runs, 3,174 hits, two MVPs and one triple crown.
