Reds' Scott Feldman: Shifts to 60-day DL
Scott Feldman (knee) was transferred to the 60-day disabled list Sunday, Zach Buchanan of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.Feldman was already ruled out for the season after undergoing season-ending arthroscopic surgery on his right knee days earlier, so his move to the 60-day DL is merely a formality. The transaction will open up a spot on the 40-man roster for Tyler Mahle, whose contract was selected from Triple-A Louisville in advance of his scheduled start Sunday against the Pirates.
