Gordon is expected to come off the bench during Friday's preseason game versus the Timberwolves, Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Gordon started in the 76ers' first exhibition game against the NBL Breakers, though Paul George will replace him in the starting five Friday. Gordon is expected to play a prominent role off the bench behind Kelly Oubre this year.
