Embiid posted 33 points (9-19 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 11-13 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and one block over 33 minutes during Saturday's 109-103 victory over the Suns.
Embiid was questionable to play Saturday due to right knee injury management, but the star center not only suited up -- he also led the Sixers in scoring while ending just one board shy of a double-double. Embiid has been on a tear of late and has reached the 30-point mark in four of his last five appearances, establishing himself as the Sixers' go-to weapon on offense ahead of Tyrese Maxey when he's fully healthy.

It was the third career double-double for the rookie, and his first since Nov. 20. Edgecombe is dealing with some predictable inconsistency for a 20-year-old getting his first look at the NBA, but the third overall pick in the 2025 Draft has drained at least one three-pointer in 10 straight games, averaging 13.8 points, 5.9 boards, 4.1 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.7 threes over that span.

Maxey amassed 26 points (11-22 FG, 1-9 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 13 assists and four steals in 37 minutes during Thursday's 119-115 loss to the Lakers.
The double-double was Maxey's sixth of the season. The star guard has been struggling to find his shot from downtown, going 2-for-14 on three-point attempts over the last two games, but he's scored at least 20 points in nine of the last 12 contests while averaging 23.7 points, 7.8 assists, 3.3 boards, 2.7 steals and 2.4 threes.

76ers' Joel Embiid: Pours in 35 points in LA
Embiid closed with 35 points (13-19 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 8-8 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists, two blocks and one steal across 39 minutes during Thursday's 119-115 loss to the Lakers.
The 31-year-old center led the Sixers in scoring as he delivered 30-plus points for the seventh time in his last nine appearances. Embiid is still being held out for one end of Philly's back-to-backs, but he's been dominant when he's been on the court. Over that nine-game stretch, which stretches back to Jan. 16, he's averaging 33.1 points, 8.6 boards, 5.4 assists, 1.6 threes and 1.6 combined blocks and steals while shooting 53.4 percent from the floor and an impressive 51.9 percent (14-for-27) from long distance.

Barlow agreed to a standard contract with Philadelphia prior to Thursday's game against the Lakers, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports.
Barlow's availability for Thursday was previously in question as the team scrambled to fill out a 15-man roster, which would have allowed him to play while remaining on a two-way contract. However, the big man will be eligible to suit up against LA after putting pen to paper on a standard deal. Barlow has made three straight starts for Philly, averaging 14.7 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.7 steals during that brief stretch.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Availability in flux for Thursday
Barlow's availability for Thursday's game against the Lakers is in question while the 76ers work to piece together a 15-man roster prior to the 10 p.m. ET tipoff, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports.
Barlow has spent all season as one of the 76ers' three two-way players, even though he's been a staple in the Philadelphia rotation when healthy and has started in 33 of his 40 appearances. While two-way players are eligible to be active for 50 games at the NBA level, teams aren't able to keep their two-way players active for more than 90 combined games when they have fewer than 15 players signed to standard contracts. The 76ers have already exhausted their 90-game, under-15 limit, so neither Barlow nor their other two-way players (Jabari Walker and MarJon Beauchamp) will be eligible to play until the team has 15 players signed to standard deals. In the aftermath of Thursday's trade deadline and after inking Charles Bassey and Patrick Baldwin to 10-day deals, the 76ers currently have 14 players signed to standard contracts. The 76ers could still convert Barlow or one of the other two-way players to standard contracts or sign another player outside of the organization to ensure that he can suit up against the Lakers.

76ers' Patrick Baldwin: Joining Philly on 10-day deal
The 76ers signed Baldwin to a 10-day contract Thursday, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports.
The 23-year-old forward will join an NBA roster for the second time this season, after he previously inked a 10-day deal with the Clippers in January. Baldwin will meet up with the 76ers in advance of Thursday's game in Los Angeles versus the Lakers, but he's unlikely to be included in the rotation. The addition of Baldwin gives Philadelphia 14 players signed to standard contracts, which means the team will have to either sign one more player or convert one of Dominick Barlow or Jabari Walker from a two-way deal to ensure Barlow -- who has moved into a full-time starting role -- remains eligible to play in NBA games.

Bassey will return to Philadelphia on another short-term pact, despite not playing in any of the 76ers' prior six games while signed to a 10-day deal. The fifth-year center is likely to remain outside of the Philadelphia rotation unless injuries test the team's frontcourt depth.

76ers' Eric Gordon: Traded to Grizzlies
The 76ers agreed to trade Gordon and a 2032 second-round pick swap to the Grizzlies on Thursday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Gordon hasn't appeared for Philadelphia since Dec. 23, so the move doesn't seem to have a major impact on the fantasy landscape. Provided he stays put with Memphis, the 37-year-old swingman offers the team a veteran presence but is unlikely to play a notable part on the floor.

Paul George's (suspension) extended absence will reveal some new wrinkles in the rotation, and it seems like Watford could make a more significant impact. The fifth-year pro has been hampered by injuries this season, but he appears to be past any limitations. It's too early to give Watford serious fantasy consideration, but his place in the rotation is worth monitoring.

Edgecombe recorded 25 points (11-20 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and two steals over 40 minutes during Tuesday's 113-94 win over Golden State.
While Tyrese Maxey had trouble finding the bottom of the basket during Tuesday's victory, Edgecombe thrived against the Warriors. It was a nice bounce-back outing for the rookie, who scored only five points during a dreadful shooting performance during Monday's win over the Clippers.
