Lowry (not injury related) went through a full practice Wednesday, Lauren Rosen of the 76ers' official site reports.
Lowry was held out of last Wednesday's game versus the Heat before the All-Star break as he ramped up his conditioning, but all signs point to him making his 76ers debut Thursday against the Knicks. The veteran will likely take over the backup point guard duties from Cameron Payne.
