Ferguson was active for Tuesday's 119-111 win over the Kings, but he didn't see the court in a coach's decision.
Ferguson had missed the 76ers' previous five games while waiting to clear the NBA's health and safety protocols for COVID-19. Though he was good to go Tuesday, he remained outside of head coach Doc Rivers' rotation, which has been the case for much of the season.
