Monk (rest) won't suit up for Monday's exhibition versus the Lakers, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports.

The Kings didn't list an injury for Monk, so this is likely just a rest day for the 28-year-old veteran. His next chance to play will come in a rematch with the Lakers on Thursday.
