Towns generated 25 points (7-20 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 10-11 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists, a steal and two blocks across 28 minutes of Wednesday's 117-94 preseason win over the Wizards.
All five Knicks starters played at least 23 minutes, and Towns led the team in points and rebounds. The 28-year-old attempted to shoot through his cold spell, as he's now shooting 9-for-29 from the field and 2-for-12 from three-point land across two preseason contests. Still, it's encouraging to see the former Minnesota Timberwolf in a featured role with his new team.
