The Raptors signed Fernando to a non-guaranteed contract Friday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
The 25-year-old was released by the Hawks earlier this week and didn't take long to latch on with a new team. Fernando will need a strong camp to have a chance of earning a place on the season-opening roster.
