Agbaji will sit out Friday's game against the Hornets for rest purposes, Coty Wiles of RaptorsRepublic.com reports.
Agbaji is likely to be back in the rotation for Sunday's game against the 76ers. He had appeared in each of Toronto's last four games, averaging 8.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 three-pointers in 27.0 minutes per contest.
