Allen (personal) won't play in Friday's preseason game against the Pistons, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Allen will miss another preseason contest due to personal reasons but should be good to go once the regular season rolls around. His next chance to suit up is Sunday's preseason matchup with Denver.
