Allen (hamstring) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Sacramento.
Allen will join Bradley Beal (calf) in street clothes Wednesday in what will be a shorthanded Phoenix rotation. Devin Booker will likely shoulder an additional offensive burden, while Josh Okogie could assume a larger role on the wing.
