Williams (foot) has been cleared to play Thursday against Charlotte, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Williams appeared to be trending in the right direction leading up to tipoff, and the team has since officially declared him available for Thursday's clash, which will mark the big man's first action since March 3. The Duke product has missed nearly one month while recovering from a stress reaction in his left foot, so it's not clear if he'll immediately return to the starting five, or if Phoenix will elect to ease him back in to live action.
