Williams (foot) still needs to go through pregame warmups but is trending in the right direction ahead of Thursday's game against the Hornets, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.

Williams appears to be on track to shed his questionable tag and return from a 15-game absence due to a stress reaction in the third metatarsal of his left foot. The big man recently returned to 5-on-5 work, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him operate under a minutes restriction during his return to game action.
