Phoenix assigned Fleming to the G League Valley Suns on Sunday.
The rookie second-rounder has not seen NBA-level action since Jan. 15, when he played just three minutes in a loss to the Pistons. His last appearance in the G League was Wednesday against the Stockton Kings, when he recorded 19 points, four rebounds and three steals over 30 minutes.
