O'Neale will come off the bench for Wednesday's game against the Thunder.
O'Neale's minutes had decreased in three straight games -- all starts -- so it's not a huge surprise to see Phoenix turn to Grayson Allen in the first unit Wednesday. Even with his reserve status, expect O'Neale to see plenty of action off the bench.
