Edwards (rest) is not available for Saturday's preseason game against Miami.
Both Edwards and LaMelo Ball (rest) will get a breather Saturday while Bones Hyland and Terrence Shannon form the Timberwolves' starting backcourt. In Edwards' last appearance against the Pacers on Wednesday, he finished with 19 points, one rebound and one assist over 20 minutes in a 123-112 loss. His next opportunity to play is Monday against New York.
