Wiggins (ankle) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Rockets, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Wiggins was a game-time decision, but he's been ruled out after going through pregame warmups. Wiggins will miss a second straight contest due to the issue, and his absence should open up opportunities for Gary Payton, Lindy Waters and Kyle Anderson.
