Beasley had 28 points (9-18 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, four assists and one block in 41 minutes during Monday's 125-124 overtime win over the Heat. Beasley stepped into the starting lineup for the eighth time of the year Monday due to Jaden Ivey (knee) being inactive. Beasley finished with team-high marks in scoring and threes made in a narrow victory. The guard set a new season high in scoring, and he has now scored 20 or more points in 10 contests.

Beasley will start in Monday's game against the Heat, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. With Jaden Ivey getting scratched from the matchup due to left knee pain, Beasley will pick up his eighth start through 27 regular-season outings. Over the sharpshooter's last seven starts, he has averaged 19.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 0.7 steals across 30.6 minutes per contest.

Beasley ended with four points (2-10 FG, 0-4 3Pt) and three rebounds over 18 minutes during Tuesday's 128-107 loss to Milwaukee. With Cade Cunningham (hip) back in the lineup, Beasley moved back to the bench for this contest. This was a rare dud for Beasley, as he's had a terrific first season in Detroit. Through 23 regular-season appearances, he holds averages of 15.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 3.4 three-pointers.

Beasley won't start Tuesday against the Bucks, Coty M. Davis of The Detroit News reports. Beasley has been starting in recent games, but he'll move back to the bench with Cade Cunningham (hip) returning to the first unit. Beasley has been playing at a high level, though, averaging 19.5 points per game and shooting 43.7 percent from beyond the arc over his last 10 appearances (seven starts).

Beasley recorded 19 points (6-9 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds and four assists in 27 minutes during Saturday's 111-96 loss to the 76ers. Beasley was a late addition to the lineup after Cade Cunningham (hip) was scratched only a few minutes before tipoff, and the veteran shooting guard extended the solid run of play he's gone through of late. Beasley has scored at least 18 points in five of his seven starts this season, and while he's likely to move back to the bench if Cunningham is able to feature against the Bucks on Tuesday, the nine-year veteran remains worth rostering in most formats due to his scoring prowess.
