Jamaal Franklin (foot) agreed to a contract with Shanxi Loongs of the CBA on Monday, Ben Stinar of AmicoHoops reports.Franklin suited up for the Raptors this past summer, though he was slowed by a foot injury. It remains to be seen whether he's fully recovered from the issue. Franklin played in China during the 2016 and 2017 seasons, so he's no stranger to playing ball overseas. He hasn't appeared in an NBA game since the 2014 campaign with Denver, averaging one point over three matchups.

Jamaal Franklin agreed to a two-year, $4 million contract with Sichuan in China, Shams Charania of The Vertical reports.Franklin has played just 24 games at the NBA level since being selected in the second round of the 2013 NBA Draft. He's been in China since the 2015-16 season. Of note, on November 14, 2016, with Shanxi Zhongyu, Franklin provided 61 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists. In doing so, he became the first player to drop a 60-point triple-double in the history of the CBA.

Jamaal Franklin: Signs two-year deal with Chinese team
Jamaal Franklin signed a two-year contract Tuesday with Shanxi Zhongyu of the Chinese Basketball Association, Sportando reports.The 2013 second-round pick has only played in 24 games at the NBA level since his selection, and spent all of 2015-16 with Shanxi Zhoungyu. He was one of the standouts of the CBA last season, averaging a triple-double with 33.9 points, 10.8 rebounds and 10.3 assists per game in his 19 appearances.

Nuggets announce signing of guard Jamaal Franklin
The Denver Nuggets have announced the signing of guard Memphis Grizzlies , per NBA.com. Franklin had been with the Lakers' D-League team this season, averaging 19.2 points, 8.9 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.48 steals. His one season in the NBA was 2013-24 for the Grizzlies where, in 21 games, he averaged 1.9 points in 7.7 minutes per game. Franklin was waived by the Grizzlies in August 2014.
