  • Kel'el Ware C | MIA

    Heat's Kel'el Ware: Second consecutive double-double

Ware finished Wednesday's 130-116 loss to the Cavaliers with 15 points (6-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 13 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 28 minutes.

Ware has three double-doubles on the season, and all three have come during the Heat's past five games. He also notched this feat in back-to-back games for the first time in 2025-26. Ware has enjoyed an uptick in playing time due to the absence of Bam Adebayo (toe), and the second-year big man should remain in the first unit as long as Adebayo remains out.

  • Ivica Zubac C | IND

Clippers' Ivica Zubac: Flirts with double-double in loss

Zubac finished with 18 points (9-14 FG), nine rebounds, one assist and two blocks over 32 minutes during Wednesday's 130-116 loss to Denver.

Zubac came tantalizingly close to his sixth double-double of the season after hitting that mark three times over the past week. Zubac is still logging 30-plus minutes despite some additions on the roster to prop up the frontcourt. Zubac faced little competition last season and logged the highest minute-per-game average of his career, but he's proven to be more than capable of handling the workload.

  • Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Rough night again Wednesday

Vucevic notched six points (3-10 FG, 0-4 3Pt), six rebounds and three assists in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 124-113 loss to the Pistons.

Vucevic continues to struggle on the offensive end, having now shot under 40 percent from the floor in three straight games. After a hot start to the season, his overall production has regressed, averaging 10.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists over his past four appearances. He should be able to turn things around sooner rather than later, with his next opportunity coming on Sunday against the Jazz.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Unstoppable against LAC

Jokic generated 55 points (18-23 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 14-16 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block across 34 minutes of Wednesday's 130-116 win over the Clippers.

The Clippers had no answers for Jokic from the jump, as the superstar center scored 25 points in the first quarter. Per independent NBA writer Justin Russo, Jokic became the fourth player in NBA history to score at least 55 points in a game on a 90 percent true shooting percentage. It was Jokic's fourth career game with at least 50 points. In 11 appearances during 2025-26, Jokic is averaging 28.8 points, 13.1 rebounds, 10.9 assists and 1.8 steals across 33.9 minutes.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Posts 30-point triple-double

Wembanyama generated 31 points (11-22 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 15 rebounds, 10 assists and one block across 36 minutes of Wednesday's 125-120 loss to the Warriors.

Wembanyama notched his first triple-double of the campaign and the fourth of his career. He hadn't posted more than six assists in a contest in 2025-26 before Wednesday. The 21-year-old has scored at least 30 points in back-to-back games. On the year, Wembanyama is averaging 26.2 points, 13.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 3.6 blocks and 1.1 steals over 34.4 minutes per game.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Double-doubles in loss

Sarr generated 25 points (10-15 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 11 rebounds, four assists and one block across 32 minutes of Wednesday's 135-112 loss to Houston.

Sarr delivered a second consecutive double-double, following up Monday's 15-point, 15-rebound outing with a 25-point outburst. The second-year center had hit the 25-point milestone twice in 11 games before Wednesday's outing. On the year, Sarr is averaging 19.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.3 blocks per game.

  • Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Drops 30 points in win

Allen generated 30 points (12-20 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-7 FT), 10 rebounds and two assists across 27 minutes of Wednesday's 130-116 win over Miami.

With Darius Garland (toe), Donovan Mitchell (rest) and Evan Mobley (rest) sidelined for Wednesday's contest, Allen was left as the Cavaliers' top option. He delivered a season-high and team-leading 30 points while notching his fourth double-double of the campaign. However, the 27-year-old center failed to log a steal or a block for the first time this year. Through 10 games this season, Allen is averaging 16.5 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 0.9 blocks across 26.3 minutes.

  • Paul Reed C | DET

Pistons' Paul Reed: Monster game as starter

Reed generated 28 points (11-13 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 13 rebounds, six assists, four steals and one block across 31 minutes of Wednesday's 124-113 win over the Bulls.

Reed hadn't exceeded 19 minutes in a game before Wednesday night. However, the absences of Jalen Duren (ankle) and Isaiah Stewart (ankle) opened up the opportunity for Reed to draw the start, and he capitalized. The 26-year-old center paced the Pistons in points and rebounds while tallying the second most assists on the team. While it's uncertain if Duren and Stewart will continue to miss time, fantasy managers should keep a keen eye on the Pistons' frontcourt situation, as Reed boasts significant streaming value when given 20 or more minutes.

  • Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Posts another double-double

Towns logged 15 points (6-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and one steal over 35 minutes during the Knicks' 124-107 loss to the Magic on Wednesday.

The Knicks' offense was stymied by the Magic defense Wednesday, and despite his low scoring output, Towns finished second on the team in points behind Jalen Brunson (31). Towns has recorded a double-double in each of the first 11 games of the regular season and is averaging 20.2 points, 12.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.0 steals over 32.6 minutes per game to open the year. However, he is shooting a career-low 42.9 percent from the field, including 32.7 percent from three on 5.0 3PA/G.

  • Yves Missi C | NO

    Pelicans' Yves Missi: Ejected Wednesday

Missi was ejected from Wednesday's game after getting into an altercation with Jerami Grant, Joe Freeman of The Oregonian reports.

Missi and Grant got tangled up jostling for a rebound, and while there was some aggressive pushing and shoving, no punches were thrown. We wouldn't anticipate any further disciplinary action from the league for Missi's actions Wednesday night.
