  • Hornets' Mark Williams: Continues to thrive

Williams finished with 24 points (11-14 FG, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal across 34 minutes during Saturday's 113-100 loss to the Wizards.

Williams posted a third straight double-double, and the big man continues to play at a high level after his trade to the Lakers before the Feb. 6 deadline was rescinded. Williams is averaging 16.4 points, 10.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game since the All-Star break, and a strong argument could be made he's been the team's second-best player in that stretch behind LaMelo Ball.

  • Celtics' Xavier Tillman: Assigned and recalled Saturday

The Celtics assigned Tillman to the G League's Maine Celtics before he was later recalled to the NBA on Saturday.

Tillman likely joined the G League Celtics for Saturday's practice ahead of their game against the Grand Rapids Gold on Tuesday. The 26-year-old appeared in only two outings for the parent club during February, averaging 5.5 minutes per contest.

  • Celtics' Neemias Queta: Assigned and recalled Saturday

The Celtics assigned Queta to the G League's Maine Celtics before he was later recalled to the NBA on Saturday.

Queta likely joined the G League Celtics for Saturday's practice ahead of their matchup against the Grand Rapids Gold on Tuesday. The 25-year-old big man has received inconsistent playing time with the parent club of late, and he has averaged 5.0 points and 2.9 rebounds across 13.1 minutes per game in his last 10 appearances.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Modest output in return

Sarr (ankle) tallied 10 points (4-11 FG, 2-7 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 26 minutes Saturday in the Wizards' 113-100 win over the Hornets.

Sarr made his return to action after missing the previous three games with a left ankle sprain. He took back his spot in the starting five and ended up seeing the larger share of playing time at center, with Richaun Holmes moving into a backup role and covering the other 22 minutes. The Wizards will continue to prioritize Sarr when he's healthy enough to play, and while he's already proven to be a strong source of defensive stats with averages of 1.5 blocks and 0.7 steals per contest, the rookie's poor efficiency will make his scoring more volatile from game to game.

  • Paul Reed C | DET

Pistons' Paul Reed: Muted role continues

Reed racked up two points (2-2 FT) and two rebounds across four minutes during Saturday's 115-94 victory over the Nets.

Reed continues to play very limited minutes off the bench, having played fewer than 10 minutes in 11 of the past 14 games, failing to touch the floor in five of those. With Jalen Duren playing the best basketball of his young career, Reed is simply an emergency option, if and when Isaiah Stewart is struggling as the backup center.

  • Jalen Duren C | DET

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Career-high six blocks in win

Duren accumulated 18 points (6-7 FG, 6-6 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists, six blocks and two steals across 30 minutes during Saturday's 115-94 win over the Nets.

Duren made the most of a favorable matchup, tallying a career high with six blocks. Coming off arguably his worst game in more than two months, Duren recorded yet another double-double, continuing what has been an impressive stretch of games. After a slow start to the campaign, Duren has turned things around, averaging 14.1 points, 11.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.1 combined steals and blocks over the past month.

  • Jazz's Walker Kessler: Resting Sunday

Kessler won't play Sunday against the Pelicans due to rest.

The Jazz will be either resting or monitoring several regular starters Sunday, and Kessler is one of the players who will sit this upcoming contest. The big man is averaging 12.9 points, 15.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.2 blocks per game since the beginning of February.

  • Kai Jones C | DAL

Mavericks' Kai Jones: Getting two-way deal with Dallas

Jones will sign a two-way deal with the Mavericks once he clears waivers early next week, NBA reporter Chris Haynes reports.

The Clippers waived Jones earlier Saturday, but the big man didn't need much time to find a two-way deal with another organization. Once the signing is official, Jones will join the Dallas organization and could settle into a spot in the rotation right away, as the Mavericks are short on healthy centers. Over his 28 appearances for the Clippers on the season, Jones averaged 2.2 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.5 blocks in 7.4 minutes per contest.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Jazz's John Collins: Won't play Sunday

Collins has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pelicans due to low back injury management.

Collins made his return from a three-game absence Friday, posting 29 points (12-18 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist and one block over 27 minutes. However, he'll be back in street clothes for the first half of a back-to-back set. With Lauri Markkanen (back/rest) also out, KJ Martin, Kyle Filipowski and Brice Sensabaugh are all candidates for increased roles.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Exits early with hamstring injury

Sabonis (hamstring) won't return to Saturday's game against the Rockets, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports. He recorded one point (1-2 FT) and no other statistics before departing.

One minute into the game, the Kings took a timeout, and Sabonis was helped off the court and into the locker room after the big man grabbed at his left hamstring. He was replaced by Jonas Valanciunas. Sabonis can be considered questionable -- at best -- for Monday's game in Dallas until further information in released.
