  • Jusuf Nurkic C | UTA

Hornets' Jusuf Nurkic: Downgraded to out

Nurkic (illness) won't play in Saturday's game versus the Wizards.

Nurkic will miss a second straight game due to an illness. His next chance to suit up is Monday's matchup with Golden State.

  • Trail Blazers' Robert Williams: Won't be playing Sunday

Williams (knee) is out for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.

Williams will miss a fifth straight game with the injury, and the veteran center has been limited to just three appearances since the beginning of February. His next chance to suit up will come against the 76ers on Monday in the second leg of a back-to-back set, though given his recent injury history, his chances of playing in that matchup are slim to none.

  • Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Ruled out vs. Indiana

Vucevic (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pacers.

Vucevic will miss a fourth straight game Sunday for the Bulls, as he continues to deal with a right calf strain. Jalen Smith and Zach Collins will likely see more time on the floor due to the absence of the veteran big man.

  • Tony Bradley C | ATL

Pacers' Tony Bradley: Gets 10-day contract

Bradley agreed to a 10-day contract with the Pacers on Saturday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.

After being waived by the Hawks in the preseason, Bradley has spent the 2024-25 campaign with the G League's College Park Skyhawks, averaging 14.0 points, 10.5 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.0 blocks and 0.5 steals in 22.8 minutes per game over 24 appearances. He'll add depth to the Indiana frontcourt but is unlikely to crack the rotation on a regular basis.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Available vs. Charlotte

Sarr (ankle) has been cleared to play in Saturday's game against the Hornets.

Sarr has missed the last three games for the Wizards while dealing with an ankle injury. He'll return to the floor Saturday in Charlotte, which should give Washington a much-needed boost in the frontcourt against the Hornets.

  • Kai Jones C | DAL

    Kai Jones: Waived by LAC

The Clippers waived Jones on Saturday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Jones played in 28 games for the Clippers this season, averaging 7.8 minutes per contest. The 24-year-old big man averaged 2.2 points and 1.6 rebounds per game, shooting 72.2 percent from the floor. Los Angeles brought in Seth Lundy and Patrick Baldwin on two-way deals along with this move Saturday.

  • Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Questionable Saturday

Clarke has been listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Spurs with a laceration on his lip.

Clarke has missed just four games this season for the Grizzlies, but he might not play Saturday against San Antonio. After missing most of last season for Memphis, the veteran big man has returned to his regular workload, playing 18.8 minutes per game. However, he's averaging career-low numbers in points (8.1), rebounds (5.0) and assists (1.0). The team could turn to Santi Aldama, GG Jackson and Jay Huff to help shoulder the load in the frontcourt if Clarke is ruled out against the Spurs.

  • Yves Missi C | NO

Pelicans' Yves Missi: Goes for 24 points Friday

Missi finished Friday's 125-108 loss to the Suns with 24 points (11-14 FG, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block over 26 minutes.

Missi has been one of the most productive and consistent rookies in the 2024-25 NBA season, and the former Baylor standout recorded double-digit points for the third game in a row. He's been averaging 9.1 points and 8.6 rebounds per game since the beginning of February, and it seems he has locked down the starting role at center for the rest of the campaign as the Pelicans attempt to make a late push for a Play-In berth.

  • Suns' Nick Richards: Records double-double

Richards finished Friday's 125-108 victory over the Pelicans with 19 points (8-11 FG, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists and one block over 29 minutes.

Bol Bol led the Suns in scoring with a 25-point effort, but Richards made his presence felt as well, ending as the Suns' second-best scorer and also making an impact on the glass. Richards has established himself as the Suns' starting center after being acquired via trade from the Hornets in mid-January, and the numbers back him up. He's averaging 9.3 points, 9.8 rebounds and 0.9 blocks across 23.1 minutes per game since joining Phoenix.

  • Bol Bol C | PHO

Suns' Bol Bol: Leads Phoenix in scoring

Bol posted 25 points (9-12 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 26 minutes during Friday's 125-108 win over the Pelicans.

Bol established a new season-high mark in scoring for the second time in the current week, as he scored 23 points against the Grizzlies on Tuesday. He's started in the Suns' last three games and has posted better-than-expected numbers, averaging 21.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 2.0 blocks per contest. He's forming a solid frontcourt partnership with Nick Richards.
