  • Jock Landale C | ATL

Rockets' Jock Landale: First double-double of season

Landale provided 11 points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and one block over 24 minutes during Sunday's 94-87 victory over Toronto.

It was the first double-double of the season for Landale, who stepped up to tie a team high with 10 rebounds off Houston's bench. The 29-year-old big man also set a new season high with 24 minutes Sunday, which is worth noting after Alperen Sengun left the game with a back injury. Landale's role with the Rockets has been inconsistent this year, but he could be in line for an expanded role if Sengun and Steven Adams (ankle) are out for Wednesday's tilt against Phoenix.

  • Jazz's Walker Kessler: Not on injury report for Monday

Kessler (shoulder) is off Utah's injury report for Monday's game against the Lakers.

Kessler will return to action after missing Saturday's loss to the Clippers due to a left shoulder contusion. The big man has averaged 10.6 points, 15.2 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals across 33.6 minutes per game in his last five outings.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Jazz's John Collins: Off report for Monday

Collins (rest) is off Utah's injury report for Monday's game against the Lakers.

Collins will suit up Monday after missing Saturday's loss to the Clippers due to rest purposes. The 27-year-old forward has averaged 19.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.8 blocks and 1.0 steals in 32.4 minutes per contest over his last five outings.

  • Trail Blazers' Robert Williams: Iffy for Monday

Williams (knee) is questionable for Monday's game against the Nuggets.

Williams left Saturday's loss to Minnesota early due to the right knee injury, and he is now in jeopardy of missing Monday's contest due to right knee soreness. If the big man is sidelined against Denver, Donovan Clingan will likely serve as the primary backup to Deandre Ayton.

  • Mavericks' Dwight Powell: Remains out for Monday

Powell (hip) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Kings.

Powell will miss his 12th consecutive contest Monday due to a right hip strain. His next chance to play will come Wednesday against Golden State.

  • Chet Holmgren PF | OKC

Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Not on injury report for Monday

Holmgren (rest) is off the injury report for Monday's game against New Orleans.

Holmgren sat out of Saturday's win over Memphis after returning from a 39-game absence due to a right iliac wing fracture in Wednesday's win over Toronto. The big man played 22 minutes during his return, and he'll likely continue to operate under a similar minutes restriction Monday.

  • Mavericks' Anthony Davis: Won't go Monday

Davis (groin) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Sacramento.

Davis sustained the left adductor strain during his Mavericks debut in Saturday's win over the Rockets, and although the extent of the injury is yet to be determined, there are growing fears that Davis could be in for an extended absence, NBA reporter Marc Stein reports. With the superstar big man on the shelf, Naji Marshall, Dante Exum (Achilles) and Kessler Edwards are candidates for an uptick in playing time. Davis' next chance to play will come Wednesday against the Warriors.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Won't play Monday

Sarr (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Spurs.

Sarr is slated to miss a seventh straight game. His next chance to suit up will come Wednesday against the Pacers, which is Washington's final contest before the All-Star break. Richaun Holmes should continue to start in Sarr's absence.

  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Double-doubles in defeat

Embiid had 27 points (7-14 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 9-10 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal over 30 minutes during Sunday's 135-127 loss to the Bucks.

Embiid posted his sixth outing with a double-double or better through just 16 regular-season appearances. The Sixers have been managing the superstar big man's playing time throughout the season due to concerns with his left knee, and Embiid said Sunday that he believes "It will likely take another surgery and a long recovery period" to get his knee on the right track, per Kyle Neubeck of AllPHLY.com. The club will likely continue to limit the 30-year-old on back-to-back sets at the very least, and his status will be something to monitor closely moving forward.

  • Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Leaves early Sunday

Sengun didn't return to Sunday's 94-87 win over the Raptors due to a lumbar spasm and finished with zero points (0-3 FG) and three rebounds in three minutes.

The star big man checked out of the game with 8:44 remaining in the first quarter, paving the way for Jeff Green and Jock Landale to see extended run in the loss. Sengun will have until Wednesday's game against the Suns to recover. If Sengun is unable to play, Steven Adams (ankle) -- who sat out Sunday for maintenance purposes -- will likely receive the starting nod at center.
