  • Clint Capela C | HOU

Hawks' Clint Capela: Not playing vs. San Antonio

Capela (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Spurs.

Capela was sidelined for the Hawks' three-game road trip due to back spasms. The injury has persisted into the Hawks' current homestand and will result in him missing his fifth straight game. Capela's next chance to take the floor for Atlanta will come during Friday's home game against Milwaukee. Onyeka Okongwu will continue to see the bulk of the Hawks' center minutes as the starter while Larry Nance serves as his backup.

  • Myles Turner C | MIL

Pacers' Myles Turner: Iffy for Tuesday

Turner (ankle) is questionable for Tuesday's game versus Portland.

Turner missed his first game since Jan. 8 due to a right peroneal strain Monday against the Jazz. The center remains day-to-day, however. Thomas Bryant drew the start in Turner's place against the Jazz, finishing with nine points, six rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals in 26 minutes.

  • Suns' Mason Plumlee: Pulls down 12 rebounds

Plumlee accumulated six points (3-4 FG, 0-2 FT), 12 rebounds and four assists across 21 minutes during Monday's 121-119 overtime loss to the Trail Blazers.

Plumlee had a strong showing Monday, playing slightly more minutes than Nick Richards (18) as a result. Despite playing just 17.9 minutes per game over his last six outings, Plumlee has remained a viable streamer in very deep formats with averages of 4.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.1 blocks on 57.1 percent shooting from the field.

  • Jock Landale C | ATL

Rockets' Jock Landale: Iffy for Tuesday

Landale (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Nets.

Landale has a chance to suit up Tuesday after missing the first half of Houston's back-to-back set Monday. However, Alperen Sengun (calf) is expected to return following a three-game absence, so even if Landale is cleared to suit up, he'll handle a small backup role.

  • Brook Lopez C | LAC

Bucks' Brook Lopez: Expected to play

Lopez (back) is probable for Wednesday's game versus the Hornets.

Lopez was held out of Monday's game versus the Thunder on the second leg of the back-to-back set, along with most of Milwaukee's key players. With Lopez expected back, Chris Livingston will likely shift to the bench after producing 10 points, six rebounds and two steals in 26 minutes of his fill-in start.

  • Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Expected to return Tuesday

Sengun (calf) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Nets.

After missing three straight games, including the first half of Houston's current back-to-back set, Sengun is slated to return to the Rockets' starting lineup Tuesday. The big man may face some restrictions, but he's played fewer than 25 minutes only three times across 46 regular-season appearances.

  • Zach Edey C | MEM

Grizzlies' Zach Edey: Double-doubles in win

Edey posted 16 points (7-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 14 rebounds, one assist, one block and three steals over 25 minutes during Monday's 128-109 victory over the Spurs.

Edey recorded his seventh double-double of his rookie season in what was one of his best performances despite being matched up with Victor Wembanyama. Edey is slowly trending up with averages of 12.6 points, 9.0 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.8 blocks in 21.7 minutes over his last five games.

  • Magic's Wendell Carter: Records seven assists

Carter ended with six points (3-4 FG), nine rebounds and seven assists in 28 minutes during Monday's 104-99 loss to the Warriors.

Carter matched his career-best mark of seven assists and played 28 minutes compared to 20 for starting center Goga Bitadze. This is a position battle to monitor, but it's worth noting that Bitadze has strung together a few duds in a row. Carter's stats haven't jumped off the page either, to be fair, as he's averaging 8.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists over his last three games with a total of one steal and zero blocks.

  • Zach Collins C | CHI

Bulls' Zach Collins: Chicago debut won't happen Tuesday

Collins won't make his Bulls debut Tuesday against the Heat, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports.

Collins was among the many players involved in the three-team trade between the Bulls, Spurs and Kings. Unfortunately, the veteran big man's debut with Chicago won't happen Tuesday against the Heat, and there's a chance he could get flipped elsewhere in another deal before the Thursday afternoon trade deadline, putting his status for Wednesday's game in Minnesota in jeopardy.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Jazz's John Collins: Double-double in tough loss

Collins ended with 21 points (9-18 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds and one block across 32 minutes during Monday's 112-111 loss to the Pacers.

The veteran tied for the team lead in scoring while producing his 10th double-double of the season, but he couldn't stop the Jazz from blowing a 12-point lead with less than seven minutes left in the fourth quarter. Collins missed most of January due to a hip injury and an illness, but he's been productive since returning to the lineup, averaging 18.7 points, 7.7 boards, 1.7 blocks and 1.7 threes over the last three games.
