Walter Clayton Jr. PG | MEM
Grizzlies' Walter Clayton: Won't play Wednesday
Clayton (recently traded) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Kings.
Clayton was involved in the trade that sent Jaren Jackson to the Jazz on Tuesday, and the former will have to wait to make his Grizzlies debut. Clayton's next opportunity to suit up for Memphis will come Friday against the Trail Blazers. The rookie first-rounder averaged 6.8 points, 3.2 assists and 2.0 rebounds across 18.0 minutes per game in 45 regular-season appearances with Utah. He could be in line for an increased workload in Memphis, especially if the club ends up trading Ja Morant (elbow).

Kyle Anderson SF | MIN
Grizzlies' Kyle Anderson: Not playing Wednesday
Anderson (illness/recently traded) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Kings.
Anderson was traded by the Jazz on Tuesday to the Grizzlies for a return that centered around Jaren Jackson. Anderson spent four years of his NBA career in Memphis, and assuming he isn't shipped again ahead of Thursday's deadline, his next chance to play for the Grizzlies would be Friday against the Trail Blazers.

Scotty Pippen Jr. PG | MEM
Grizzlies' Scotty Pippen: Unlikely to go Wednesday
Pippen (toe) is listed doubtful for Wednesday's game against Sacramento.
Wednesday marks the first time all season that Pippen hasn't immediately been listed as out in advance of a game, which signals that he's closing in on making his season debut. While there's a good chance he'll be ruled out prior to Wednesday's matchup, Pippen could have a realistic shot at debuting Friday in Portland. Ty Jerome has thrived as the Grizzlies' starting point guard in two games since making his season debut, but Pippen could be in line for a sizable role of his own out of the Memphis backcourt once healthy, at least until Memphis gets Ja Morant (elbow) back in action.

Darius Garland PG | LAC
Clippers' Darius Garland: Traded to LAC
The Cavaliers traded Garland (toe) and a second-round pick to the Clippers in exchange for James Harden (personal) on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
After spending the first seven-plus years of his career in Cleveland, Garland is set to join the Clippers. The 26-year-old point guard hasn't played since Jan. 14 due to a right great toe sprain, so it's unclear when he'll be available to make his Clippers debut. Over 26 regular-season appearances with the Cavaliers this season, he averaged 18.0 points, 6.9 assists and 2.4 rebounds while shooting 45.1 percent from the field in 30.5 minutes per contest.

Santi Aldama C | MEM
Grizzlies' Santi Aldama: Iffy for Wednesday
Aldama (knee) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Kings.
Aldama is in danger of missing a fifth straight game while dealing with a right knee injury. He'll presumably have an opportunity to prove his health in shootaround and warmups before the team provides another update on his status for Wednesday.

James Harden PG | CLE
Cavaliers' James Harden: Shipped to Cleveland
The Clippers traded Harden (personal) to the Cavaliers on Tuesday in exchange for Darius Garland (toe) and a second-round pick, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Harden was away from the Clippers for personal reasons for the team's last two games, and Charania and Ramona Shelbourne of ESPN reported Tuesday that the 11-time All-Star formally put in a trade request. A Harden-Garland swap was the speculated move and ultimately came to fruition, which will see Harden pair up with Donovan Mitchell to create a formidable backcourt duo in Cleveland while Garland heads to Los Angeles to join Kawhi Leonard. Harden is unlikely to be available for Wednesday's contest against his former team, so Saturday against the Kings seems to be the likely date for the veteran southpaw's Cavaliers debut.
-
De'Andre Hunter SF | SAC
Kings' De'Andre Hunter: Ready for Sacramento debut
Hunter isn't listed on the injury report and is expected to make his debut with the Kings on Wednesday against the Grizzlies.
Hunter didn't join the team in time to play in Sunday's game against Washington after being traded from the Cavs on Sturday, but he's expected to be on the court for Wednesday's clash. The Virginia product averaged 14.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 43 games this season with Cleveland.
-
Russell Westbrook PG | SAC
Kings' Russell Westbrook: Set to return Wednesday
Westbrook (foot) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Wednesday's game against the Grizzlies.
Westbrook has missed the Kings' last three games while recovering from a right foot contusion, but it appears he has progressed enough to be available for Tuesday's contest, which will likely result in Nique Clifford returning to the bench. Westbrook averaged 17.3 points, 5.9 assists, 4.4 rebounds, 2.3 threes and 1.3 steals over 31.3 minutes per game in January.
-
Domantas Sabonis C | SAC
Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Iffy for Wednesday
Sabonis (back) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Grizzlies.
Sabonis participated in Tuesday's practice but is still in jeopardy of missing his third consecutive contest due to lower-back soreness. If the big man isn't cleared to play, Maxime Raynaud would likely get the starting nod, while Dylan Cardwell could see an uptick in minutes.
-
Mohamed Diawara PF | NY
Knicks' Mohamed Diawara: Picks up ankle injury
Diawara is questionable to return to Tuesday's game against the Wizards due to a left ankle injury.
Diawara totaled five points, one rebound and one assist in four minutes before going down with the injury. Guerschon Yabusele could pick up more minutes if Diawara is unable to return.
