Allen (knee) is listed as out for Sunday's game against Indiana.

Allen will take the night off Sunday before likely returning Monday in Memphis. With Evan Mobley (calf) out as well, Thomas Bryant will presumably find himself in the starting lineup, with Larry Nance in line for more work behind him from off the bench.

George (knee) is available for Saturday's game against the Pistons, Kyle Neubeck of AllPHLY.com reports.

As expected, George will suit up and should handle a big role on offense due to the absence of Joel Embiid (knee). George is averaging 27.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 3.2 steals per game since returning from a 25-game suspension in late March.

Tyson (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pacers.

Sunday will mark Tyson's eighth straight game on the inactive list. With no positive updates on his progress, we wouldn't expect him to play Monday in Memphis.

Mobley (calf) is listed as out for Sunday's game against Indiana.

The Cavaliers are gearing up for what the team hopes is a deep playoff run. As such, Mobley will take the night off before presumably returning Monday in Memphis. With Dean Wade (ankle) out as well, Keon Ellis, Larry Nance and Nae'Qwan Tomlin could be spending more time than usual at the power forward position, with one of those players in line to start.

Wade (ankle) won't play Sunday against the Pacers.

Wade continues to get ruled out 24 hours in advance of tipoff, which is not encouraging. For now, he should be considered doubtful for Monday's meeting in Memphis.

Walker (back) is questionable to play Sunday against the Cavs.

Walker has missed the past three games, but it looks like there's a chance he could get back out there for Sunday's game. If Walker is cleared, Ben Sheppard might head back to the second unit. Check back for official confirmation on Walker's status closer to Sunday's tipoff.

Santos (pelvis) is probable for Sunday's game against the Rockets.

The probable tag suggests that Santos won't have an issue being available and handling his regular workload. The Brazilian forward is averaging 17.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.2 steals per game over his last 10 appearances.

Siakam (ankle) is listed as out for Sunday's game against Cleveland.

Siakam tweaked his ankle during the 129-108 loss to the Hornets. Now, the real question is if Siakam will appear in any of the Pacers' remaining four contests after Sunday's meeting with the Cavaliers. While the 32-year-old is unavailable, Obi Toppin (foot), who is listed as probable, is the favorite to enter the starting lineup, which would mark his first start since the 114-109 loss to Sacramento on March 10.

Toppin (foot) is probable for Sunday's game in Cleveland.

Toppin is on track to play Sunday. The 28-year-old power forward is averaging 10.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.3 triples per contest this season.

Duren (illness) is expected to play Saturday against the 76ers, head coach J.B. Bickerstaff told Austin Krell of OnPattison.com.

Duren has started and played at least 35 minutes in his last two appearances, against the Raptors and Timberwolves, tallying a combined 53 points, 23 rebounds, seven assists and three blocks in back-to-back wins. Even though Duren is carrying a questionable tag and no official decision has been made, Bickerstaff's words suggest the big man should suit up and handle his regular workload. Duren is averaging 22.2 points and 10.4 boards per game since the beginning of March.
