  • Jalen Smith PF | CHI

Bulls' Jalen Smith: Listed as doubtful

Smith (calf) is doubtful for Thursday's game against the Suns.

Smith has been sidelined since picking up this calf strain back on Feb. 22. Assuming he does sit Thursday, his next chance to play comes Sunday against the Kings.

  • Matas Buzelis SF | CHI

Bulls' Matas Buzelis: Listed as questionable

Buzelis (ankle) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Suns.

Buzelis didn't return to Tuesday's loss to Oklahoma City due to an ankle sprain, and the forward is considered day-to-day. Additionally, Josh Giddey (ankle) is also questionable for Chicago. If Buzelis ends up sitting, the Bulls could turn to Leonard Miller with so many injuries on the roster.

  • Trae Young PG | WAS

Wizards' Trae Young: Removed from injury report

Young (knee/quadriceps) is off the injury report for Thursday's game against the Jazz.

The stage is officially set for the star guard to make his much-awaited Wizards debut Thursday. Young has been out since Dec. 27 with a right knee MCL sprain and a right quadriceps contusion, and he's slated for a restriction of 17-to-20 minutes, per Josh Robbins of The Athletic. Young's return is likely to lead to Bub Carrington heading to the bench Thursday.

  • Josh Giddey PG | CHI

Bulls' Josh Giddey: Iffy to play Thursday

Giddey (ankle) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Suns.

Giddey finished Tuesday's loss to the Thunder with 14 points (5-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, nine assists, one steal and two blocks over 33 minutes, but he limped away with a right ankle sprain in the process. The questionable tag suggests that the issue is minor, but the Bulls have typically been very cautious with their franchise player.

  • Klay Thompson SG | DAL

Mavericks' Klay Thompson: Probable for Thursday

Thompson is probable for Thursday's game against the Magic due to a right adductor contusion.

The veteran sharpshooter looks to be on the verge of returning from a one-game absence. Thompson has averaged 10.2 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 2.5 three-pointers in 20.6 minutes per game in his last six outings, shooting 40.5 percent from three-point land.

  • Malik Monk SG | SAC

Kings' Malik Monk: Playing limited minutes

Monk ended with 13 points (5-10 FG, 3-7 3Pt), three rebounds and five assists in 18 minutes during Tuesday's 114-103 loss to the Suns.

Monk has logged fewer than 20 minutes in five consecutive games, limiting his fantasy appeal. During this stretch, the veteran swingman has averaged 9.6 points, 2.8 assists and 1.8 rebounds in 18.3 minutes per game while shooting just 36.2 percent from the floor.

  • Suns' Mark Williams: Flirts with double-double

Williams produced 10 points (3-6 FG, 4-6 FT), nine rebounds and one steal across 22 minutes during Tuesday's 114-103 win over the Kings.

Williams' role is beginning to dwindle a bit, and Oso Ighodaro soundly outproduced Williams on Tuesday. Williams has averaged just 7.0 rebounds, 6.9 points and 0.4 blocks in 19.5 minutes per tilt over his last seven outings, shooting only 40.8 percent from the field. His playing time will remain worth monitoring going forward.

  • Mavericks' Marvin Bagley: Ruled out for Thursday

Bagley is out for Thursday's game against Orlando.

Bagley is sidelined for a fourth straight contest with a neck sprain. Daniel Gafford and Dwight Powell should split the center minutes evenly in Bagley's absence.

  • Mavericks' Brandon Williams: Probable for Thursday

Williams (quadriceps) is probable for Thursday's game against Orlando.

Williams has a left quadriceps contusion, but the issue sounds minor, and the guard intends to play through it. Over his last seven games, he's averaging 15.9 points, 4.7 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 0.7 three-pointers. However, he could see a decreased role if Cooper Flagg (foot) is cleared to return.

  • Naji Marshall SG | DAL

Mavericks' Naji Marshall: Probable for Thursday

Marshall is probable for Thursday's game against Orlando with a right finger contusion.

Marshall is likely to end a two-game absence Thursday, which should send Khris Middleton to the bench. Marshall has averaged 20.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.3 steals in 32.3 minutes per tilt in his last seven games, shooting 56.1 percent from the field.
