  • Al Horford C | GS

Warriors' Al Horford: Out again Monday

Horford (calf) won't suit up for Monday's game against Dallas.

Horford was injured during a March 13 loss to the Timberwolves, and he's been unavailable for the Dubs' last five contests. The big man is due to be re-evaluated in coming days, although that doesn't mean he's close to returning. Kristaps Porzingis (back) is listed as probable for Monday's contest, and assuming he's available, he's expected to go a long way toward filling the void created by Horford's absence. Draymond Green and Gui Santos could also continue to see additional opportunities in the frontcourt.

  • Warriors' Gary Payton: Cleared to play Monday

Payton (knee) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Mavericks.

Payton did not play in the second leg of the Warriors' back-to-back set Saturday against the Hawks while managing a knee injury, but he will be back on the court for Monday's Western Conference tilt. The veteran guard has scored in double digits in each of his last seven outings, and over that span he has averaged 14.1 points on 61.8 percent shooting along with 5.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.0 steals over 23.4 minutes per game.

  • Warriors' Kristaps Porzingis: Expected to play Monday

Porzingis (back) is probable heading into Monday's game against Dallas.

Porzingis was injured in Friday's game against Detroit and didn't suit up for Saturday's 126-110 loss to Atlanta. With Al Horford (calf) and Quinten Post (foot) both sidelined, Porzingis will likely find himself back in the starting lineup if he's cleared to get back on the court. The 30-year-old has struggled from a production standpoint since arriving in Golden State, averaging 14.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.0 blocks and 0.9 steals in 20.3 minutes per contest (seven games).

  • Warriors' Quinten Post: Not playing Monday

Post has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Mavericks due to right foot injury management.

Post has been working through a right foot issue as of late and will miss his fifth game since March 7, with his next chance to play being Wednesday against the Nets. He played 14 minutes in Saturday's loss to the Hawks, and those minutes should be absorbed by Kristaps Porzingis (back), the latter of whom is listed as probable for Monday's game.

  • Moses Moody SG | GS

Warriors' Moses Moody: Could return Monday

Moody (wrist) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Mavericks.

Moody has been sidelined for the Warriors' last 10 games while rehabbing from a sprained right wrist. He seems to be progressing in his recovery, as his questionable tag for Monday's game was the first time he hasn't been ruled out from the release of the initial injury report. Moody could operate under a minutes restriction should be cleared to play, but his return would mean less minutes for Will Richard and Gary Payton.

  • Warriors' De'Anthony Melton: Dealing with left hand injury

Melton is listed as probable for Monday's game against the Mavericks due to a left hand contusion.

Melton may have picked up the injury during Saturday's loss against the Hawks, when he played 22 minutes and finished with 20 points, four assists, two rebounds and one steal. While he's listed on the injury report, the probable tag indicates that Melton should be available to play Monday, barring a setback.

  • Wizards' Justin Champagnie: Suspended for Sunday's game

The NBA announced that Champagnie has been issued a one-game suspension for "fighting and escalating an on-court altercation" late in the second quarter of Saturday's 132-111 loss to the Thunder.

Champagnie and the Thunder's Ajay Mitchell were both ejected from the contest and handed one-game bans for their respective roles in the altercation, while Washington's Anthony Gill and Oklahoma City's Jaylin Williams and Cason Wallace received fines. Champagnie will serve the suspension for Sunday's game against the Knicks, leaving the banged-up Wizards with just nine players available for that contest.

  • Ajay Mitchell PG | OKC

Thunder's Ajay Mitchell: Handed one-game ban

The NBA announced that Mitchell has been issued a one-game suspension for "fighting and escalating an on-court altercation" late in the second quarter of Saturday's 132-111 win over the Wizards.

Mitchell and the Wizards' Justin Champagnie were both ejected from the contest and handed one-game bans for their respective roles in the altercation, Oklahoma City's Jaylin Williams and Cason Wallace and Washington's Anthony Gill received fines. The second-year guard will serve the suspension for Monday's game in Philadelphia, with his minutes likely to be absorbed primarily by Jalen Williams (hamstring), who is expected to return from a 16-game absence.

  • Leaky Black SF | WAS

Wizards' Leaky Black: Sidelined for Sunday's contest

Black (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Knicks.

Black will miss a fifth consecutive game while recovering from a left ankle sprain. His next chance to play is Wednesday against the Jazz, though he's not guaranteed to be part of the rotation if he's available for that contest.

  • Tre Johnson SG | WAS

Wizards' Tre Johnson: Ruled out Sunday

Johnson (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against New York.

Johnson will end up missing both games of the Wizards' back-to-back set due to right foot soreness, but he'll have extra time to rest ahead of Washington's next game, which takes place Wednesday against Utah. Justin Champagnie should stay in the Wizards' starting lineup in Johnson's absence.
