  • Ace Bailey SF | UTA

Jazz's Ace Bailey: Exits with back spasms Sunday

Bailey exited Sunday's Las Vegas Summer League loss to the Clippers with back spasms and did not return, Sarah Todd of The Deseret News reports.

Bailey only managed to make it through eight minutes before aggravating his back, and it's already been announced he will miss Monday's meeting with the Bulls. The Jazz will likely be extra cautious with Bailey's back issue during these exhibition games, so for now, he should be considered doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Spurs.

  • Jazz's Darryn Peterson: Nets 23 points with four stocks

Peterson finished with 23 points (6-18 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-8 FT), two rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks over 26 minutes during Sunday's 104-82 Las Vegas Summer League loss to the Clippers.

Peterson showcased his explosiveness with a vicious throwdown early in the game, and while he didn't have his most efficient outing, he did an excellent job drawing contact and getting to the free-throw line. He's been one of the standout performers at Summer League, elevating expectations for his already highly anticipated rookie season.

  • Baba Miller PF | LAC

Clippers' Baba Miller: Nets 15 points with two treys

Miller registered 15 points (5-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and two assists in 26 minutes during Sunday's 104-82 Las Vegas Summer League win over the Jazz.

Miller scored with remarkable efficiency, missing just two shots in 26 minutes while knocking down both of his free throws. The second-round pick is an intriguing seven-foot playmaker, but it may be difficult for him to carve out meaningful minutes in Los Angeles while Rui Hachimura, Brandon Ingram and Derrick Jones are healthy.

  • Keaton Wagler PG | LAC

Clippers' Keaton Wagler: Scores 23 points with four assists

Wagler contributed 23 points (6-16 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four assists, one rebound and one steal over 28 minutes during Sunday's 104-82 Las Vegas Summer League win over the Jazz.

While Wagler struggled to finish inside the arc, he found his stroke from deep and led the Clippers in both points and three-pointers in the blowout win. The No. 5 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft has yet to truly break out in Las Vegas, but he'll get another chance Tuesday against the Lakers.

  • Bucks' Brayden Burries: Scores game-high 26 points in loss

Burries provided 26 points (9-16 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocks across 30 minutes during Sunday's 90-80 Las Vegas Summer League loss to the Spurs.

After going 1-for-5 from beyond the arc in his Las Vegas Summer League debut, Burries caught fire Sunday, knocking down 80.0 percent of his attempts from deep. He again led the Bucks in scoring and didn't commit a single turnover in 30 minutes.

  • Nate Ament PF | MIL

Bucks' Nate Ament: Scores seven points on seven shots

Ament accounted for seven points (3-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt), five rebounds and three turnovers in 25 minutes during Sunday's 90-80 Las Vegas Summer League loss to the Spurs.

Ament has been relatively quiet through his first two games in Las Vegas, scoring in single digits with modest contributions elsewhere. It'll be interesting to see if he plays Monday against the Suns, with that game being the second in a back-to-back set.

  • Maliq Brown PF | SA

Spurs' Maliq Brown: Racks up five stocks in win

Brown finished with four points (1-1 FG, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds, five assists, four steals and one block across 29 minutes during Sunday's 90-80 Las Vegas Summer League win over the Bucks.

Brown dominated the offensive glass, grabbing seven of his nine rebounds on that end while also flashing some impressive playmaking ability. Brown has elite defensive upside, but the Spurs will likely bring him along slowly.

  • Will Riley SF | WAS

Wizards' Will Riley: Drops 32 points in SL win

Riley recorded 32 points (9-14 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds and three assists across 29 minutes in Sunday's 104-85 Summer League win over the Kings.

Riley delivered an efficient performance and torched the nets from beyond the arc in a comfortable win Sunday. The 20-year-old forward also finished second on the team in rebounds behind AJ Dybantsa (seven). Riley is averaging 25.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists through two Las Vegas Summer League outings.

  • Kings' Darius Acuff: Needs 14 shots to score 12 points

Acuff tallied 12 points (4-14 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four assists and one block across 28 minutes during Sunday's 104-85 Las Vegas Summer League loss to the Wizards.

Acuff struggled offensively, missing all four of his three-point attempts while committing a game-high five turnovers in the loss. There were also stretches where he appeared disengaged defensively, and he finished with a game-worst minus-21 plus-minus in the blowout defeat. Acuff will look to bounce back Tuesday against the Nets.

  • AJ Dybantsa SF | WAS

Wizards' AJ Dybantsa: Full stat line in SL win

Dybantsa supplied 23 points (6-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, three steals, two assists and two blocks across 24 minutes in Sunday's 104-85 Summer League win over the Kings.

Dybantsa struggled mightily from three-point range in his second Summer League appearance, though he still finished as Washington's second-leading scorer. The rookie forward provided a well-rounded line Sunday, adding a team-high seven rebounds while tying the game-high mark in steals. He was one of just two players to record at least five combined steals-plus-blocks. Dybantsa has recorded at least 23 points, seven rebounds and two steals in both of his outings in Las Vegas, though he's shot just 1-for-11 from deep.
