  • Pelicans' Herbert Jones: Iffy for Friday

Jones (rest) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Celtics.

Jones may sit out the Pelicans' penultimate game of the season for rest purposes. His absence would open up additional playing time for Derik Queen, Micah Peavy and Jordan Hawkins.

  • Saddiq Bey SF | NO

Pelicans' Saddiq Bey: Questionable for Friday

Bey is questionable for Friday's game versus Boston for rest purposes.

The Pelicans are considering holding Bey out Friday. If the forward is ultimately downgraded to out, Jeremiah Fears and Jordan Poole would likely see significant playing time for the shorthanded Pelicans.

  • Yves Missi C | NO

Pelicans' Yves Missi: Won't play vs. Boston

Missi (hand) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Celtics.

Missi is slated to miss his second game in a row while on the mend from a right hand sprain. He'll have one more chance to take the floor this season Sunday in Minnesota.

  • Pelicans' Dejounte Murray: Tagged out for Friday

Murray (hand) is out for Friday's game against the Celtics.

Murray is on the mend from a bruised left hand and will miss a fourth consecutive matchup as a result of the injury. His next opportunity to return will arrive Sunday in Minnesota in the regular-season finale.

  • Pelicans' Zion Williamson: Won't play Friday

Williamson is out for Friday's game against Boston due to right knee injury management.

It looks like the Pelicans are just about ready to shut down Williamson, though he'll have one more chance to appear during the regular season Sunday versus Minnesota. Derik Queen and Micah Peavy should see more playing time Friday for the depleted Pelicans.

  • Pelicans' Trey Murphy: Listed out for Friday

Murphy (ankle) is out for Friday's game against the Celtics.

Murphy will miss a third straight game while dealing with a right ankle sprain. He'll have one more opportunity to return for the regular-season finale Sunday in Minnesota.

  • Hawks' Zaccharie Risacher: Exits rotation

Risacher (coach's decision) went unused off the bench in Wednesday's 122-116 loss to the Cavaliers.

Risacher's minutes had been trending down of late, but Wednesday marked the first time that he had failed to receive any playing time all season during a game in which he was active. Hawks head coach Quin Snyder inserted Corey Kispert into the rotation in place of the 2024 No. 1 overall pick, who hasn't displayed the sort of growth that Atlanta had been hoping for in Year 2. Risacher's 55.9 true shooting percentage is right in line with his mark from his rookie campaign (55.8 percent), but his usage rate has fallen from 21.6 percent in 2024-25 to 17.5 percent this season.

  • Tyler Kolek PG | NY

Knicks' Tyler Kolek: Ruled out Thursday

Kolek is out for Thursday's game against the Celtics due to a right oblique strain.

After initially being deemed questionable, Kolek has now been downgraded to out and has a short turnaround on tap for Friday against Toronto. Miles McBride and Landry Shamet both have a clearer path to minutes Thursday.

  • PJ Hall C | CHA

Hornets' PJ Hall: Won't return in 2025-26

The Hornets announced Thursday that Hall underwent a procedure to address a fractured right ankle and will miss the remainder of the 2025-26 campaign.

Hall sustained the injury in the G League Greensboro Swarm's playoff win over the Maine Celtics on March 31. The big man appeared in 19 regular-season games (two starts) with Charlotte, averaging 4.5 points and 3.9 rebounds in 11.3 minutes per contest. He's signed to a two-way deal with the Hornets and is slated to return next season.

  • Marcus Smart PG | LAL

Lakers' Marcus Smart: Won't play Thursday

Smart is out for Thursday's game against the Warriors due to a right ankle contusion, per Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com.

The veteran guard will be sidelined for an eighth consecutive contest Thursday, and he has a short turnaround looming Friday versus the Suns. Luke Kennard and Jake LaRavia are both worthy of streaming consideration in all fantasy leagues in Smart's absence.
