  • Timberwolves' Terrence Shannon: Sees 18 minutes Sunday

Shannon contributed six points (1-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-4 FT) over 18 minutes off the bench during Sunday's 135-108 loss to the 76ers.

Shannon had made a pair of appearances in the G League with the Iowa Wolves prior to the All-Star break, but he took the court Sunday with Minnesota for the first time since Dec. 25 following an extended absence due to a left foot abductor hallucis strain. The second-year wing had been left out of the rotation in the Timberwolves' first game out of the break Friday against the Mavericks, but Shannon was able to pick up some minutes Sunday with Rudy Gobert (suspension) and Naz Reid (foot) sitting out. Gobert will be back in action Tuesday in Portland, but it's not clear if Shannon will be able to stick in the rotation if Reid also returns for that contest.

  • Celtics' Nikola Vucevic: Settling into bench role

Vucevic ended Sunday's 111-89 victory over the Lakers with nine points (4-6 FG, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds and one steal in 21 minutes.

The star big man is still acclimating to his new surroundings in Boston, so fantasy managers should remain patient for the time being. Vucevic has averaged 11.8 points, 8.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steals in 25.3 minutes per contest in his last five games (zero starts), shooting 50.0 percent from the field.

  • Ty Jerome SG | MEM

Grizzlies' Ty Jerome: Dealing with illness

Jerome (illness) is questionable for Monday's game against the Kings.

Jerome was a late addition to the injury report, and that's usually not a great sign in fantasy hoops. If Jerome is unable to shake this questionable tag, the Grizzlies could lean heavily on Scotty Pippen and Cam Spencer.

  • Spurs' Lindy Waters: Upgraded to available

Waters (knee) is available for Monday's game against the Pistons.

Waters has the green light to return after seven games in a row on the shelf. He'll be an emergency depth option.

  • Jordan Goodwin SG | PHO

Suns' Jordan Goodwin: No timetable for return

Goodwin (calf) does not have a return timetable, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports Monday.

Goodwin suffered a left calf strain during Saturday's win over the Magic. The Suns aren't ready to announce a timetable, and the timing isn't ideal with Dillon Brooks (hand) sidelined for 4-to-6 weeks and Devin Booker (hip) out at least another week. Jamaree Bouyea, Amir Coffey, Isaiah Livers and Ryan Dunn could be candidates for more run in Goodwin's absence.

  • Kings' Patrick Baldwin: Lands two-way deal with Sacramento

Baldwin signed a two-way contract with the Kings on Sunday.

The fourth-year forward will fill the Kings' third and final two-way slot, which opened up when Dylan Cardwell was upgraded to a standard NBA contract earlier this month. Sacramento marks the third stop of the season for Baldwin, who previously made three appearances at the NBA level over the course of 10-day deals with the Clippers and 76ers. Baldwin saw limited playing time with those two clubs but could have a clearer path to meaningful minutes on a Kings squad that lost four players to long-term injuries following the All-Star break.

  • Dillon Brooks SF | PHO

Suns' Dillon Brooks: Slated to miss 4-to-6 weeks

Brooks, who broke his left hand during Saturday's win over the Magic, will be sidelined 4-to-6 weeks, Shams Charania of ESPN reports Monday.

This was a likely outcome based on previous players with this injury. At best, Brooks could be cleared in time for a return in late March. He's in the midst of a breakout campaign, and this is a brutal blow for the Suns. In his absence, Grayson Allen and Ryan Dunn could step into larger roles.

  • Adou Thiero SF | LAL

Lakers' Adou Thiero: Back with parent club

The Lakers recalled Thiero from the G League's South Bay Lakers on Monday.

Thiero rejoined the Lakers ahead of Sunday's 111-89 loss to the Celtics, but he was inactive for the contest. The Lakers presumably wanted to build in some extra rest for Thiero, who had returned to action shortly before the All-Star break following an extended absence due to a right knee MCL sprain. Prior to being recalled, the rookie second-round pick joined South Bay for its Friday/Saturday back-to-back set versus the Texas Legends. He poured in 19 points (7-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-5 FT) to go with seven rebounds and one assist in 21 minutes in Friday's 127-105 win before sitting out for maintenance-related reasons in Saturday's 104-99 victory.

  • Bronny James PG | LAL

Lakers' Bronny James: Back with parent club

The Lakers recalled James from the G League's South Bay Lakers on Sunday.

Though he joined the Lakers in advance of Sunday's 111-89 loss to the Celtics, James was inactive for the contest. The second-year guard had played in back-to-back games with South Bay on Friday and Saturday, totaling 30 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists, three blocks and two steals between the G League club's wins over the Texas Legends.

  • Chaz Lanier SG | DET

Pistons' Chaz Lanier: Rejoins parent club

The Pistons recalled Lanier from the G League's Motor City Cruise on Monday.

Lanier has rejoined the parent club after he logged 33 minutes Sunday in the Cruise's 149-118 win over the College Park Skyhawks, finishing the contest with 23 points (9-13 FG, 5-6 3Pt), two assists, two rebounds and one steal. The rookie guard will be available for Monday's game against the Spurs but isn't expected to be featured in the rotation.
