The Dolphins are hoping to turn former Arena Football League standout A.J. Cruz into a quality NFL player this year. Cruz signed with Miami in February, and he will look to make the final roster as a receiver and return man. Cruz went to training camp with the Bears in 2015 but did not make the final roster. Even if makes the team he would have minimal Fantasy value in the majority of leagues.
