Rookie Jordan Payton should have a chance to get some playing time in the Browns offense this season. Drafted by the team out of UCLA in the fifth round, Payton was a major factor in his school's offense, racking up 145 catches for 2,059 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2014 and 2015. His all-around skills and experience should help Cleveland sooner than later, but he's not a burner and doesn't separate from coverage very well. Fantasy owners should only draft Payton in long-term formats with a late-round pick.
