Dorsey (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Rams.
The veteran lineman has been limited throughout the week with knee and rib ailments and it's unclear whether he'll be able to give it a go Saturday. If he's ultimately limited or unable to play against the Rams, Mike Purcell will likely be counted on to clog the middle for the 49ers.
