Stout (hip) was a full participant at the 49ers' practice Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Stout was dealing with a hip injury late in the preseason but he now appears to be back to full health ahead of Week 1. The 24-year-old is slated to operate as the team's primary slot cornerback this season, and he'll get a tough test against the Rams on Thursday night.
