Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had been surprisingly mediocre heading into Week 4 against archrival Chicago. He was typically brillaint Sunday.

Rodgers completed 4 of 5 passes for 79 yards on a touchdown drive on the first possession of the game and remained on a roll the rest of the way. He finished 22 of 28 for 302 yards and with a season-best four scores.

He began his touchdown blitz with a 3-yarder to Jordy Nelson five minutes into the second quarter. By the time the teams had finished chewing up the turf, he had added another scoring strike to Nelson and two to Randall Cobb. He averaged nearly 14 yards per completion.

Rodgers, who added an 8-yard run to his prolific totals, has little time to enjoy the fruits of victory. His team hosts Minnesota on Thursday night.
