Las Vegas released Wilson on Saturday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Wilson joined the Raiders' practice squad Oct. 7 and was subsequently signed to the active roster four days later, but he has now been cut following the team's Week 6 bye. The veteran wideout caught 25 of 39 targets for 213 yards with Miami last season.
