Dalton (hand) did not practice Thursday.
The 34-year-old has missed consecutive practices to open the week while dealing with a hand injury he suffered in Week 13. It was announced Wednesday that Justin Fields will start against the Packers on Sunday, so regardless of his health, Dalton will not be under center to open the game against Green Bay.
