Dalton (left hand/groin), whom the Bears activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, logged a full practice in his return to the team.
Prior to landing on the COVID-19 list, Dalton was dealing with a small fracture in his non-throwing hand. He was listed with that precise injury on Thursday's practice report, but a groin issue accompanied it. Still, Dalton handled every practice rep at the same time Justin Fields (ankle) downgraded from 'limited' Wednesday to DNP one day later. The development could be setting the table for Dalton to earn another spot start this weekend in Seattle, but Fields has one more chance to mix into drills this week before the Bears travel west for Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff.
