Santos converted both of his field-goal attempts while adding five extra points in Chicago's 41-17 victory over the Jaguars on Sunday.

Santos hasn't missed a field-goal attempt since Week 3, and although he's been an inconsistent fantasy option, he's posted double digits in each of his last three games, making him a potential streaming option in Week 17 against the Packers.
