Sims (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday, Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune reports..
Sims has been sidelined since sustaining the head injury in the Bears' Week 9 win over the Bills. It's unclear where exactly Sims stands in the NFL's concussion protocol, leaving his status in some doubt for Sunday's showdown with the Vikings. Sims would likely be limited to a blocking role behind pass-catching tight end Trey Burton if he gains clearance to play this weekend.
